Welcome to the Pagan Lorn website - this is not an 'official' website as Pagan Lorn doesn't exists any more, but at least I (Jos F. Kirps, the maker of this website...) once was a member of this band so it can be considered to be somehow 'almost official'... This website contains some information about Pagan Lorn and I hope I'll find the time to add some stuff from time to time.

Pagan Lorn Biography & Information



Pagan Lorn was founded in mid 1994. In mid 1995 Stephen Misquita and Jos F. Kirps joined Pagan Lorn as two members were replaced. Pagan Lorn was then Sascha Georges (vocals), Patrick Hurt (keyboards), Jos F. Kirps (guitars), Vladeta Maksimovic (bass), Stephen Misquita (drums) and Patrick Linnig (promotion). A first demo tape was recorded at the end of 1995. In 1996 Pagan Lorn recorded and released their first CD "Black Wedding", a second CD ("Nihilennium") was recorded in 1997 and released in February 1998. In mid 1998 a second guitarist joined Pagan Lorn: Steve Legil. But during the second half of 1998 Pagan Lorn began to spilt. Jos F. Kirps left Pagan Lorn in October, while Patrick Linnig and Vladeta Maksimovic quit somewhat later. Jos F. Kirps was replaced by Alain Gonniva, while Vladeta Maksimovic rejoined Pagan Lorn in early 1999. In September 1999 Patrick Hurt left Pagan Lorn, and in January 2000 Pagan Lorn finally stopped all activities.

Nihilennium (1998) - info, lyrics & MP3 files



Nihilennium was the second Pagan Lorn CD. It was released in February 1998 and if offered 10 songs at a total play time of more than 45 minutes. The album was recorded by Joachim Kopka at Linster Studios, Luxembourg, ant the cover art (16 pages colour booklet) was created by Jos F. Kirps.

Black Wedding (1996) - info, lyrics & MP3 files



Black Wedding was the first Pagan Lorn CD. It was released in November 1996 and it offered 7 songs at a total play time of more than 45 minutes. The album was recorded at Linster studios, Luxembourg, and the cover art (20 pages colour booklet) was created by well known artist Patricia Lippert.

Demo Tape (1994) - info & MP3 files



The Pagan Lorn demo tape was recorded in late 1994 (December I think) at Pit's Pig Stay and contained 6 early Pagan Lorn songs. The sound is a bit horrible though...
